SendAFaxFree grants no right or interest in phone numbers to any customer. SendAFaxFree retains sole ownership of any phone number used in the provision of service to customers. Customers are permitted to port in phone numbers to SendAFaxFree for a fee designated by SendAFaxFree which may change from time to time. Customers are permitted to port out phone numbers from SendAFaxFree for a fee minimally set at $50 one-time per number. Bulk port-out fees are also available.
Customers are permitted to port numbers to SendAFaxFree. If the customer port-in request is rejected by customer carrier 2 times or more for reasons unrelated to SendAFaxFree’s handling of the port-in request, the Customer will be assessed a $50 charge for the incoming port.

Customer Cancellations: Customer may cancel at any time. Customer will not be refunded any unused portions of their service fees. For example, if a Customer signs up for 1 year of service and cancels in month 6, there will be no refund of the unused 6 months worth of fees. Additionally, if customer has ordered a local number and cancels during a free trial, there will be a $10 cancellation fee
